Our parent company, the award-winning NZ Built, established NZ Maintenance in 2002 in response to the growing number of clients needing minor alterations and home-repairs. Today we operate a team of builders, plumbers, tilers, electricans and a wide range of other project specialists who have been hand-picked for their quality skills and commitment to excellence. We are also a Site Safe company and send all our Building Consultants and Builders to regular Site Safe courses to keep up todate with Health and Safety requirements .

Our team is managed by Barry Wehi , who for the last 3 years had been the company accountant. He has valuable experience in human resources and a broad knowledge in the accounting field. Barry is helped in the office by Anita , our customer liason and office administrator. Out on the road are our Building Consultants Peter Bonham , Mark Johnson and Steve Griffiths . We have five Master Builders, with many years of experience and knowledge,who project manage the job from start to finish – Steve McFadzean , Jonny Tagaoi , Steve Shack , Robert Gibbins , and George Tan .
