If there are any unreasonable delays, we will actually pay you $117.00 for every day we go over! This allows you to organise your renovation with confidence

2.      A Homefirst Builders 10 year guarantee.

Because we are a member of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand we can offer you a ten year written guarantee for your renovation. This guarantee covers you in the case of non-completion, structural defects for seven or ten years, non-structural defects for two years and alternative accommodation in these cases. Our membership to Homefirst Builders also allows you to hire with confidence, as we come fully trained and certified to complete your renovation using quality workmanship at industry standards.

3.      An 18 month workmanship guarantee.

In addition to the industry guarantees, we offer our own 18 month quality workmanship guarantee. Our 137 point quality control system and our careful checks means we can offer our own personal guarantee with confidence. This means if any faults appear due to poor workmanship, we will come back and fix it to industry standards, at our own cost
